I don't know if you ever got an answer to this, but Silver Mountain is basically a shell company, owned and controlled by Hecla Mining. There were never any deposits found on their site, so they stopped exploring about 20 years ago. The stock is still traded on the OTC-BB under the symbol SMLM.
