The deadline is fast approaching for submitting comments on 3809 regulations and the Roadless Rule. Changes to the definition of "casual use" made by the Clinton administration will require anyone using motorized prospecting equipment to post a bond if allowed to stand.
I have made it as simple as possible to submit your comments. A program is set up which will allow you to email comments directly to our public officials. Send one on behalf of yourself, your spouse, your child, etc. You can use our comments or type in your own. Go to www.icmj.com and click on the link on the bottom right. It takes less than one minute to send in your comments.
Thank you.

P.S. As an added incentive, several sponsors have offered up prizes for a drawing for those that submit comments. Prizes include a dredge, drywasher, Bounty Hunter detector, $500 cash, and more. You can enter the drawing after you submit your comments.
